Steve Wynn's Beverly Hills mansion is up for sale.
World renowned casino mogul Steve Wynn has whacked a hefty price tag on his Beverly Hills mansion, which would require most of us to enjoy a massive win at one of his properties to afford.
The billionaire businessman is known for his opulent hotels, resorts and casinos, such as the golden Wynn in Las Vegas, and his home offers a glimpse into the lavish private lifestyle he enjoys.
The 78-year-old is one of the top 300 richest Americans with his personal wealth estimated to be around US$2.5 billion (A$4.2 billion) - wealth made through his casinos across the US and China.
It's more a palace than a home.

The 11-bedroom, white mansion commands views over LA from its floor to ceiling windows, and sits on more than 2.5 sq km of land. It has a master suite with dual bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, four guest bathrooms each with an ensuite, an office, a tennis court (with an air-conditioned viewing area), a home theatre, a wine room, a gym, a spa suite and a pool complete with a poolhouse with a kitchen.

The palatial Los Angeles estate, is located on a private, gated road off the celebrity-stacked Beverly Hills address of Benedict Canyon Drive. Mr Wynn is an avid art collector, pieces by Picasso and Claude Monet hang in his hotels, and the images on his own walls illustrate his keen interest in the finer things in life.
The incredible home has been dramatically renovated over the last five years.
The home boast views over Hollywood and a movie room.
Mansion Global reports the home has been listed for US$135 million (A$227 million)
Before COVID-19 hit America, it was a price that would not have been scoffed at. Last month, the world's richest man Amazon boss Jeff Bezos paid US$165 million for David Geffen's stunning Beverly Hills home.

Earlier this month, one of the grandest homes in the world famous suburb, The Beverly House, which featured in The Godfather film, was put on the market for US$125 million.
American's most expensive house Bel Air's"The One", was set to go to market with an astronomical asking price of US$750 million, but the coronavirus crisis may have temporarily halted those plans.

Steve Wynn is an avid art collector.
The 11-bedroom home sits on 2.5 sq km.
According to Mansion Global, Mr Wynn bought his house for US$47.85 million in 2015.
Since then Mr Wynn had his design partner Roger Thomas direct the renovation and refurbishment of the home and its surrounds. Mr Thomas has decorated a number of Mr Wynn's casinos, hotels and resorts.
