Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino to Temporarily Close March 19th Due to Coronavirus Outbreak - Eagle Pass Business Journal

The Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas' Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass, Texas has announced that it is temporarily closing on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 2 A.M. in light of the current Coronavirus outbreak gripping the State of Texas and United States until further notice.

According to a flyer issued by the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino, it stated that "due to precautions over COVID-19, we have voluntarily decided to close temporarily, effective Thursday, March 19, at 2 A.M. until deemed safe to open for the community."

The Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino is one of the largest employers in Eagle Pass and Maverick County, Texas.
