Serves as a point of contact and as a knowledgeable representative of the Enterprise. Enrolls casino guests into the Club, issues complimentaries, promotes the player club, and processes the Club and retail transactions. Initiates and practices exceptional guest service in all situations to ensure that the highest level of guest service is provided. The Club counter also serves as the Guest Information Booth at Little Six. Representatives must have a thorough knowledge of all promotions and Mysticash offers as they act as the liaison for the Marketing Division.
