More US casino reopenings

Casinos in south Mississippi are reopening on Thursday of this week, among the rash of restarts in the US casino market.

At the same time the first tribal casino in Oregon, Chinook Winds, and the Mill Casino are resuming operations. The Mill is opening today (May 18) and the Chinook on Thursday.

In Louisiana, the Paragon Casino (pictured), a tribal location, will reopen on Wednesday and tribal casinos in Florida are planning to reopen next week or the first week in June.

Also reopening today are Harrah's Cherokee, a tribal location in North Carolina, while all commercial casinos in Arkansas are permitted to reopen. Missouri plans to reopen casinos on June 1.
