Peninsula Pacific Entertainment takes full ownership of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City

Peninsula Pacific Entertainment is taking full ownership of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City.

The company announced Friday night it will buy out Warner Gaming's 50% share of the company. Peninsula Pacific Entertainment previously split ownership with Warner.

The company said it will not change operations of the hotel, casino or bar on site. The casino features 850 slot machines and 26 table games.

"This is a step in our direction to continue improving the Siouxland with an exceptional place to work, a memorable place to stay or play, and a way for us to contribute to the region's economy," Peninsula Pacific Entertainment Chairman and Managing Partner Brent Stevens said in a news release.
