Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino to add sports betting this week

Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino in Niagara Falls will open its sports betting lounge at 11 a.m. Friday.

The sports lounge at Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is a temporary one, with plans for a more permanent spot at the property in 2020. Rickey Armstrong Sr., president of the Seneca Nation, will place the first bet in the Friday ceremony.

Seneca Gaming Corp. introduced sports at betting earlier this month at its properties in Buffalo and Salamanca.
