Supervises the daily operations and monitoring activities of the Surveillance Observation Room to provide asset protection. Uses multiple casino and outside databases and software programs to perform live observation and review of potential illegal activities while ensuring the safety of guests and Team Members on all SMSC properties. Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Minimum Internal Control Standards, State Gaming Compacts, Gaming Regulations, Enterprise policies and departmental policies of all departments within the SMSCGE. Knowledge of Blackjack Basic Strategy and card counting.
