Two people have been injured following a horrific stabbing attack in Brisbane's CBD.
Police were called just before 5am on Thursday with reports of a brawl breaking out outside the Brisbane's Treasury Casino.
Paramedics treated three people, including a man who had stab wounds to the stomach, Townsville Bulletin reported.
He was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Another man involved in the alleged stabbing suffered wounds to his leg and was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
A third man also suffered minor injuries to his hands.
One person has since been taken into custody, Nine News reported.
A police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia two men suffered wounds following the alleged stabbing.
'One man is assisting police with enquiries,' he said.
'Two men with wounds have been taken to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
